Cronus is the Titan God of Space, Time, And Harvest. He's the son of Gaia, and the father of Zeus, Poseidon and Hades.
Personality
Cronus is a powerful but greedy deity who usually looks out for himself and what can benefit him. With his greatest goal to be the ruler of Earth, he tries to defy The Oracle's prophesy about being beaten by seven descendants of famous Greek heroes, and will often bring in others to try to destroy the teens for him. Despite claiming that he's not scared of the teens, when Cronus is backed into a corner he will teleport away to try to defeat them another way.
When Cronus faces his mother, Gaia, he acts very mindful and submissive, partly because she is his mother, and possibly because she may be stronger than him.
Physical Appearance
Cronus has the physical appearance of a middle-aged man with greying black hair, black facial hair, and a large, vertical scar on the right side of his face. He wears nearly all black clothing in the modern era, while in the ancient times he wore a simple black toga and no shoes.

Powers And Abilities
- Titan Physiology: As one of the most powerful deities in existence, Cronus has many physical and supernatural powers.
- Immortality: Cronus is immortal and cannot die by conventional means; like all other deities, he can be affected if the Tree of Immortality is threatened as he made sure to eat one of the golden apples before the tree died and wiped out the deities.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Cronus can rapidly regenerate from damage sustained on his body. While he is able to take most physical blows to his body with relative ease, he is show to feel the pain regardless.
- Superhuman Strength: Cronus has great levels of superhuman strength, enough to subdue Herry and fist fight Hades when he was enraged.
- Superhuman Speed: Cronus is superhumanly fast.
- Superhuman Agility: Cronus has great levels of superhuman agility.
- Superhuman Senses: Cronus has superhuman senses.
- Space-time Manipulation: As the titan of space and time, Cronus is able to reverse and speed up time, move himself and others through time, and hold it at a standstill. Despite this being his main source of power, time travel visibly weakens his powers immensely when used too often. Cronus is also sensitive to time alterations when done by others, and can sense the source of an aberration in the flow of time.[1] He can also create portals to escape through.
- Energy Projection: Cronus can project blasts of energy with concussive force or that induce unconsciousness.
- Telekinesis: Cronus can telekinetically move all other individuals and objects respectively without physically touching them. While he is able to lift most objects with no trouble at all, he does struggle with heavier objects.
- Shapeshifting: Cronus can take on the forms of all other individuals, as he did with Neil.[2]
- Underwater Adaption: Cronus is submersible and has no trouble traversing underwater.[3]
- Magic: Cronus has utilized spells and incantations, such as when he released Hecate from her prison on the moon[4] and when he cast a protecting spell on Talos' ankle.[5]
- Combat Expertise: Cronus is a master hand to hand combatant.
- Sycthe Mastery: Cronus is a master of wielding scythes.
- Miscellaneous powers: Cronus has been seen using his great powers to create sea serpents using his blood, turn his minions into hairy, six-legged anteater creatures, and create duplicates of himself. Like many of the other deities, his powers are limited in certain ways.
Weaknesses
- Magic: Cronus is susceptible to the effects of magic, seeing as he fell victim to Grae's illusions in Graes Anatomy and the Midas Touch in Golden Boy. Like everyone else, even Cronus is subject to fate and the powers of others, such as the prophesies of The Oracle and Nemesis punishing those who become too arrogant.
- Overuse: Excessive or powerful usage of Cronus' time manipulation powers can drain his powers and render him extremely weak or even temporarily powerless until his powers recharge.[6]
Relationships
The Chosen Ones
As the Chosen Ones are the ones who are fated to defeat Cronus, he has a hostile relationship with all seven of them. His aggression is mainly aimed at Jay as he is the leader of the teens and the one most determined to stop Cronus' plans. Despite this, he does target the others on occasion as he believes that destroying a single one of them will defy the prophecy.
After Cronus' powers were temporarily drained by Theresa—which had fulfilled the prophecy— he no longer considered the seven a threat towards him.[7][8]
Zeus
Zeus is Cronus' youngest son, enemy and usurper.
Cronus has a large resentment against his youngest son, Zeus. He often claims that Zeus is too scared to face him, and uses the chosen ones to do his work for him. Cronus has tried to defeat Zeus one-on-one a few times, but has either lost or been interrupted.

- Cronus, or Kronos, was the leader and the youngest of the first generation of Titans, divine descendants of Gaia, the earth, and Uranus, the sky. He overthrew his father and ruled during the mythological Golden Age, until he was overthrown by his own sons, Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon, and imprisoned in Tartarus.
- In the myths, Cronus is the Titan of the Harvest, separate from the personification of time, Chronos, though the two are often combined as in the series due to the similarity in their names.
